This machine was designed specifically for an automobile parts manufacturer. It is used for marking of 6 different types of automobile parts, with each part having different fixtures specifically designed according to its geometry.
The system uses 2 fiber laser sources of 70 W for marking.It has a Barcode scanner integrated for checking scalability, code quality and grade of every part. The machine structure is sufficiently heavy so there are no vibrations. Along with that, there is traceability software . All the data (date, time, operator, marking data, scan data, code quality, OK/reject result etc.) is autosaved.
All the safety features and precautions are taken care of.
