These solutions are offered with high end CNC controllers, Robots, Servo motors & Drives etc. Standard tube cutting machine is offered for processing diameter 20mm to 360mm and tube length 6 meters with various laser power depending on the tube thickness. Sheet + Tube cutting machine or SPM can be offered as per RFQ. We provide complete turnkey solutions for customer’s robotic laser cutting applications.

We are specialized in SPM machine manufacturing. We design and manufacture machines as per the customer application, productivity requirements. We also provide customized Auto sheet, parts, scrap loading unloading and sorting systems with Gantry system or Robot.

Offer includes:
High Power Fiber Laser source from Brightlight, Germany ranging power from 3kW to 30kW and the S-Cut Cutting Head from SCANSONIC, Germany. The beam quality of the laser is excellent and perfectly suited for thin or thick sheet processing.

Cutting heads are compatible for up to 30kW power with features like temperature-stable distance control and autofocus function. Cutting head signifies burr-free cuts and high speeds when laser cutting a wide variety of flat materials made of steel, stainless steel, aluminium, or non-ferrous metals.
