MAJOR COMPONENTS OF LASER CLADDING SYSTEM
LAPL offers variety of optics and cladding nozzles such as Fixed beam optics, wide beam optics, zoom optics with variable spot size, along with multi jet and ring slit nozzles. For wire based cladding, we offer multi wire optics. For Inner Diameter Cladding, an optics specially designed for this application is used.
The Cladding material can either be in powder form or wire form. For most of the applications in industries powder is used. To know more about read difference between powder cladding and wire cladding.

Price of Laser Cladding Machine
Price of a Laser Cladding solution starts from Rs. 2.5 Crores onwards according to application.
Following are the factors affecting the price:
Laser source – Power of laser source is one of major factors the affecting the price. Applications like brake disc cladding require higher power raging from 16 kW and above, so the price will be on a higher side whereas for other applications which can be done with 6 to 10 kW, prices will be slightly lower.
Nozzle – Different nozzles like single jet nozzle, multi jet nozzle, etc. are used depending on application, which affect the price.
Automation – Automation and handling system is decided based in component size and geometry. For larger components used for applications like ship building, down hole drilling tools, steel mill rollers etc. the price will be on the higher side, while for relatively smaller components the prices will also be relatively lower.
Cycle time requirements, fixture design, etc.
