BLC Nozzle CNS 37
Our BLC powder nozzles work with 3 or 6 individual jets which guide the powder into the laser melt pool with very good focus.
The powder jets are oriented so that they perfectly fill the melt pool of the CNS nozzle measuring 3-7 mm and the CNXS nozzle measuring 2-5 mm.
Depending on their design, the nozzles have an operating distance of 12 mm to 25 mm and are consequently not susceptible to back reflections and back-spatter from hot particles. The individual jets make it possible to weld independently of 3D direction, as the flow of powder is unaffected by nozzle inclination.
The nozzle is designed to make it possible for the user to replace wear parts quickly and economically. The optimum powder focus guarantees a very good efficiency rate - up to 95 % if parameters are well-matched.
In combination with BLC material feeders, the nozzle can be integrated in a variety of system concepts such as robotic systems, CNC machines, XYZ axis machines and 3D printers (additive manufacturing).
It is also possible to use the nozzle with an angled optic for inner coatings. The nozzle can be matched to a variety of laser types (diode, fiber or disk lasers) and spot sizes.
