Laser Cutting Machine for Corrugated Boxes

This machine was specially designed for cutting corrugated boxes.

This CO2 Laser cutting machine has Galvo field of 300 x 300 mm, and bed size 1300 x1500 mm (can be redesigned according to customer requirement) and X Y gantry, giving high flexibility in cutting operation to cut boxes and packaging in various sizes and shapes.

The desired profile, once fed into customized software, enables the user to have machine cut. crease and mark and thus create boxes and packaging according to requirement.

It can cut thicknesses varying from 3 to 16 mm , and achieve cutting speeds from 60 mm/sec up to 140 mm/sec depending on thickness of the sheet.

The machine is user friendly because it accepts the files in standard .dxf format directly.

There is are color codes for performing cutting,creasing, stitching lines and surface marking. Once instructions are given according to color code, the machine performs all these operations by intelligently controlling laser power and feed rate.

Multiple Use : This machine can also be used for making soft punches on plywood and cutting acrylic (PMMA) sheets with clear transparent edge finish, paper card boards and even cloth.
