MAJOR COMPONENTS OF LASER HARDENING SYSTEM

Depending on requirement, customers can either choose Robotic or CNC based solutions
Robot, along with 1 or 2 axis positioners according to requirement is chosen. Also, , payload capacity of the robot and positioner varies with application.
CNC-based laser hardening machines are used to harden specific areas of metal components using a high-powered laser. Ideal for applications requiring precision hardening, such as gears, shafts, or tooling, etc.
Robot and positioner setup is suitable for large components where freedom of movement and
accessibility is important. With this setup, it is possible to do many variety of components.
Whereas, CNC setup is suitable where component variety is limited and small area is to be
hardened with high precision.
